Sculptra

Sculptra - collagen production stimulator

The Sculptra is the most effective preparation known in aesthetic medicine that stimulates the production of collagen. Its main ingredient is L-polylactic acid, which is a naturally occurring substance in the body. This polymer has been widely used in medicine for over 30 years. The Sculptra is a discrete method and effects of which appear gradually. By stimulating the body to produce collagen on its own, Sculptra effectively restores skin tension, smoothes it and firms it. As a result, changes on the face resulting from the administration of the preparation are perceived by the environment as a natural effect of a relaxed and favorable-looking face and are not associated with the treatment.

Sculptra's task is not only to temporarily fill wrinkles, but also to improve the skin structure and natural lifting, i.e. lifting the drooping parts of the face.

  • for greater patient comfort, the face can be anesthetized with an anesthetic about 30 minutes before the procedure,
  • after the treatment is completed, the doctor massages the face at the places where the preparation is applied in order to distribute it properly.
