Collagen-based tissue biostimulator (biological skin regeneration).
LINERASE is used in aesthetic and regenerative medicine for biological skin stimulation. It is based on type I atelocollagen and acts as a biological regenerative matrix, supporting natural dermal remodeling processes and improving skin quality.
LINERASE is not a filler or a volumizing implant. Its effect is biological and biostimulatory, without altering facial features.
Mechanism of action
LINERASE activity is based on properties of type I atelocollagen, which:
- serves as a biological matrix for the dermis,
- stimulates fibroblasts to synthesize endogenous collagen,
- supports extracellular-matrix remodeling,
- improves skin density, elasticity and structure,
- works without the implant-type reaction typical of polymers.
The therapeutic effect is gradual and regenerative, consistent with tissue physiology.
Composition and biological significance
LINERASE contains:
- type I atelocollagen – purified collagen with low immunogenicity,
- components supporting regenerative skin processes.
Atelocollagen (without telopeptide fractions) shows high biocompatibility, enabling safe use in regenerative protocols.
Clinical effect
With LINERASE therapy, the following may be observed:
- improved skin density and quality,
- increased elasticity and tension,
- improved dermal structure,
- smoothing of fine irregularities,
- natural rejuvenation without volumization.
The effect builds gradually, especially when used in series-based therapy.
Clinical indications
LINERASE may be used in patients:
- with reduced skin quality and density,
- with thin, lax or “tired” skin,
- with signs of photoaging,
- in anti-aging and prevention protocols,
- as an adjunct to other regenerative therapies.
Most common areas:
- face,
- neck,
- decolletage,
- selected body areas with reduced skin quality.
Therapy characteristics
- minimally invasive procedure,
- no volumizing effect,
- no polymer implantation,
- short downtime,
- suitable for series treatment.
LINERASE vs other biostimulators (overview)
- LINERASE → collagen biostimulation (biological matrix)
- AQUASHINE BR → biorevitalization / peptides
- Polynucleotides → metabolic biostimulation
- CaHA / PCL → structural biostimulation
- PLLA / PDLLA → biodegradable implant-type collagen stimulation
Combination therapies
LINERASE may be:
- used as a standalone therapy,
- combined with polynucleotides,
- used as an adjunct to biostimulatory and technology-based therapies (RF, HIFU, Endolift®),
- part of long-term regenerative and longevity protocols.
Treatment selection is individualized after medical qualification.
Medical information
LINERASE treatment is performed after medical qualification. The goal is biological remodeling and improved skin quality, not mechanical filling or changes in facial features.
LINERASE is a collagen tissue biostimulator acting by creating a biological matrix for natural regenerative skin processes.
